Del trabajo del chef lo que más ubican tus comensales es la mejor parte: probar sus platillos. A través de ellos, un lugar se hace de fama y prestigio, dependiendo la calidad de sus alimentos, pero ¿sabes todo lo que implica su trabajo en la cocina?
Los cargos de un Chef Ejecutivo dependen de las necesidades de cada cocina, por lo general cada establecimiento busca ciertos perfiles en las personas, para que estos lleven a cabo una o varias funciones, pero básicamente puedes basarte en las siguientes para que veas lo que ellos deben hacer:

3. Además de ser impecable en cocina, deberá tener los conocimientos administrativos necesarios para organizarla de la mejor manera.
4. También es el encargado de controlar los aspectos financieros del negocio para alcanzar el máximo rendimiento de la inversión.
5. Él tiene a su cargo a todos aquellos empleados que hay en una cocina, lo que incluye a los demás chefs pasteleros, chocolateros, panaderos, y personal de mantenimiento, almacén y limpieza. En ocasiones el Chef Ejecutivo puede tener contacto con los clientes directamente.
Para poder responder con resolución a sus obligaciones un Chef Ejecutivo debe estar formado en distintas áreas que incluyen administración, recursos humanos o cultura gastronómica.
